About myself as an artist:
I’ve been working in traditional media my entire life from drawing, painting (acrylics and watercolour), photography, to recent art passions such as printmaking and inks.
I draw inspiration from my surroundings specifically from Australian landscapes and botanicals. My aim is to capture the essence of a moment I have experienced, using colour and textural elements to capture and convey that experience to the viewer.
Creative goals and dreams:
My creative goals are to be able to have the opportunity to take other artists on my journey to remote areas of Australia which few have seen. Using my works to inspire others to explore their own creativity and garner inspiration from things in their lives.
What does becoming a star mean to me?
I think becoming a star is to be a guiding light for others and to shine a light on something they didn’t know they had.
